Return Policy

1. Custom Made-to-Order / Final Sale Policy:
All orders placed with The Renew Lab Inc. are custom manufactured to unique client specifications. Because these components are uniquely fabricated to your precise technical configurations and materials (including Nylon, PA-CF, and ASA), all sales are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges, or modifications once a production deposit is paid and manufacturing begins.
2. Deposit & Production Initiation:
A non-refundable 50% upfront deposit is required to initiate CAD slicing, material routing, and machine calibration. The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon physical delivery or shipment confirmation of the completed batch.
3. Manufacturing Defect & Replacement Policy:
In the event of a verified manufacturing defect or geometric variance that deviates from the submitted digital CAD specification file, The Renew Lab Inc. will issue an expedited replacement batch at no additional cost.
To qualify for a replacement run, defects or non-conformance must be reported via email with photographic evidence or caliper measurements within five (5) business days of delivery. No cash or credit refunds will be issued under any circumstances; qualified claims will be resolved strictly through priority remanufacturing.
